Get ready to "find" more time in your day! February is National Time Management Month.

A few of my favorite techniques are:

Eisenhower Matrix. Organize your tasks into four quadrants:
Urgent and important: Tasks that need immediate attention. Complete them first.
Important but not urgent: Strategic tasks related to long-term goals that can be scheduled in advance.
Urgent but not important: These tasks are distractions. Delegate them when possible.
Not urgent and not important: Low-priority tasks that can be taken off the list or done last.

Batching. Group similar tasks and complete them together. It prevents you from having to switch gears again and again.

Put it on the calendar. Use your calendar to both time block and schedule tasks. It's probably the StrengthsFinder "Responsibility" trait in me, but if it's on my calendar, I feel compelled to get it done.

What are your go-to ways to manage your time or prioritize tasks?
