Last night I watched Inside Out 2 for the first time. After drying some tears(!) I was inspired to share a way to challenge negative thinking and self-talk.
Are your negative thoughts slowing you down or stopping you entirely from taking action?
Instead of thinking, 'I’ll never get through this,' try, 'What can I learn from this situation?' Or, rather than thinking, 'I'm not good enough' try, 'I'm doing my best'.
Stop putting yourself down and start reframing those negative thoughts.
