May 1st. We are five months into the year (how did that happen?!).
If you set intentions or resolutions back in January, now is a good moment to look up and take stock of the year so far. As we enter Q2, reflect on what you set out to do back in January. What did you say you wanted this year? How’s that going? What new habit have you actually built? What conversation have you been putting off? What decision have you been circling for months without landing?
And maybe the more interesting question: for the things that haven’t moved, what’s really in the way?
