My role as a coach isn’t to fix. It’s to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and hold a grounded space for reflection. A grounded, nonjudgmental space is provided to sort through competing priorities. You can get out of your head. Move forward with a realistic plan.

How it works
1:1 video or phone sessions are available. These sessions typically occur weekly or bi-weekly. We’ll discuss cadence and pricing together in your free consultation.

Who it’s for
People grieving a death or experiencing anticipatory loss. It also includes those facing complicated grief or the loss of a beloved pet. Additionally, it is for those supporting others through illness or end-of-life.

What we work on

  • Naming and processing complex emotions and “secondary losses.”
  • Coping with triggers, anniversaries, and difficult days.
  • Finding ways to remember and stay connected to your person or pet.
  • Integrating grief into daily life without feeling like you must “move on.”

What you can expect
You will find a safe, judgment-free space. Here, you can say how you really feel and be witnessed in your grief. You will also learn tools to care for yourself over time. Grief has no timeline.

1:1 sessions by video or phone; frequency and length tailored to what feels sustainable for you. We’ll explore options in your free consultation.

It is for job seekers. This includes professionals in transition or people considering a career change. It also includes those re-entering after a break or layoff.

We are really good at avoiding the conversation of what happens when we die. This is for starting those conversations.

Who it’s for
Those who would like to share and/or know what their loved ones wishes are, their stories, the most important parts of their being. Anticipatory deaths. Warning: it can lead to fewer regrets.

What we work on

  • Discussion tips for connecting with friends, family, and chosen family.
  • Exploring what it means when you or your loved one are no longer here.
  • Feel more at ease talking about death and dying.

What you can expect
A judgment-free, open space to talk, share, and explore before you or someone die(s).
