It's a bit like therapy, focusing on clearing any roadblocks so you can see things in a fresh light and redefine your story.

I’m not here to give you advice or quick fixes. Instead, we team up to turn your insights into real-life actions and next steps. You get to set the agenda each time and take steps towards what you really want. Coaching speeds things up by giving you a game plan, support, and feedback that's totally you.

A coaching process that's tailored to you.

Coaching is a commitment with weekly or biweekly video calls and some spot coaching in between. Expect about 1 hour per week between sessions for completing exercises to propel the needle forward on your goals.

  Getting Started is Simple

  • Three sessions or bundled package options for your convenience.
  • All coaching sessions are held over video conference.
  • Coaching is not a one-size-fits-all all approach. It's 100% customized and tailored to you and your needs to get you positioned to where you want to go next. 

Service Options

Light Touch (3 Sessions)

Includes three private 1:1 coaching sessions (typically weekly or biweekly), duration is about 60 minutes. 

Your topic of choice; examples could include working sustainably, career transition, office politics, untangling career objectives, building confidence, figuring out your next career move, or whatever else is on your mind.

  • If you’re looking at scheduling 5 sessions or more, consider the Building Blocks option.
  • Includes all worksheets, templates, etc. as needed.
  • Expect about 1-2 hours for homework & exercises to be completed outside of session time.
  • Together we’ll explore limiting beliefs, changing perspectives, values, and reframing.

Building Blocks (6 Sessions)

Includes six private 1:1 coaching sessions (typically weekly or biweekly, duration is one initial 2-hour Discovery Session followed by five 60-minute sessions).

Ongoing coaching services are customized to support your goals, address your specific needs, and tackle the biggest challenges. Together we'll prioritize, strategize, create a roadmap, and commit to a path forward.

  • Initial Discovery session; a deeper dive into your motivations, values, interests, and perspectives (duration: 1.5 - 2 hours). The remaining sessions are 45 minutes.
  • Expect 1~ hour per week between sessions for homework & exercises.
  • Together, we’ll explore and discover limiting beliefs, changing perspectives, and values, and reframing through discussion and various exercises, and worksheets.
